Ward on the VT Tribute Car and returning to Richmond …
“Richmond will be a special weekend for us. Morgan-McClure and our sponsor State Water Heaters, along with ITT Night Vision in Roanoke, VA., are paying tribute to Virginia Tech with a large VT decal on the hood. We just want to remember them as they strive to put the tragedy behind them and also to show VT that they are still in our hearts and minds. We had a pretty decent test at Richmond in the COT so we hope to be able to get the car good enough to make the field and race Saturday night. I haven’t raced there in a couple years so I’m looking forward to getting back.”
