This will be Said’s first trip to Loudon in the Nextel Cup Series but he already has two Truck Series starts there.
In his first Truck Series start at Loudon Said finished fourth after qualifying fifth.
This weekend will also mark Said’s inaugural run in a Gillett Evernham Motorsports Dodge Avenger in the Cup Series.
Said has nine starts for Gillett Evernham Motorsports in the Busch Series along with two poles, two top fives and seven top 10 finishes.
