Ward on returning to NHIS …
“I’ve got a win at New Hampshire so I am anxious to get back there and see how it feels to run in the new COT with the tire Goodyear is giving us now. I started 31st and still managed to win. We had a little bit of a setback last weekend at Sonoma, but we are not giving up. We just have to work a little harder and a little smarter and we will be OK. We qualified 36th out there, but with the 35 guaranteed spots we missed being in the race by one spot. Hopefully, we will have a good practice at New Hampshire on Friday and get a good draw for qualifying and get our State Water Heaters Chevy in the race for Sunday.”
