KASEY KAHNE QUOTES: “It was good to have the week off, but I’m ready for Indy and the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard. I really enjoy going there. Hopefully, we have things turned around and will be really strong in our Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge Charger. A win at Indy would certainly get our season on track.

“As a kid, I dreamed about the races at Indy, whether it was the Allstate 400 or the Indy 500. I remember when I was growing up (in Enumclaw, Wash.); the Indy 500 came on early in the morning. My dad would get me up, make breakfast and we would watch the race. It’s one of the biggest races that we would watch every year, that and the Daytona 500. I’m excited because it’s a big part of racing. Just to race at Indy is a thrill.”
