Ragan on racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway:
"Indy is one of the biggest races of the year in the NEXTEL Cup Series. Next to the Daytona 500 it is the most anticipated event of the year. I have never competed at the Brickyard before, but we have been to three 2.5-plus mile speedways this year and we have been fairly decent at those. The thing about the speedways and superspeedways is that they can be so different. Yeah they might be the same distance, but each turn is different and there are grooves and bumps in the track that dictate how you maneuver your way around for four or five hundred miles. We will be running the AAA Insurance paint scheme again this weekend so we are pretty excited about that and all-in-all I'm looking forward to a great weekend."
Crew Chief Jimmy Fennig on racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway:
"Indy and Pocono are the two large tracks that David will be making laps on for the first time this season. David has done a good job at the bigger speedways this year. The area where we struggle the most is in the draft. He's a young driver out there with little experience on these tracks compared to a lot of these guys. We are going to get hung out there quite a bit, but the most important thing for us right now is to stay out of the wrecks and get all we can. We have been moving up in the points little by little and we would like to be in the top 20 by the end of the weekend."
