KASEY KAHNE QUOTES:
“This wasn’t the kind of season we expected when we went to Daytona in February. We expected to pick up where we had left off the previous year, but it didn’t work out that way. Right now, the objective is to compete for a win this weekend. We want to be competitive, lead laps and challenge for the win.
“My first NASCAR victory came at Homestead-Miami, a Busch Series victory in 2003. It would be good to take our Dodge Charger to victory lane in its last race as we phase in the COT for all races next year. We’re looking forward to wrapping up the 2007 season, but eager to begin work preparing for Daytona and 2008.”
