Dodge Dealers 400 - Kasey Kahne Notes

Kasey Kahne
No. 9 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge Avenger Race Facts
Dodge Dealers 400 --- Dover Int'l Speedway

Driver: Kasey Kahne
Team Director: Kenny Francis
Engineer: Keith Rodden
Team Owner: George Gillett
Ray Evernham
Chassis: No. 206
Info: Kahne drove this chassis to a second place running at Bristol.

KASEY KAHNE QUOTES:
“We had a little detour at New Hampshire after three straight top-10 finishes. Handling is the key there and we missed on the setup in the middle of the race. It’s difficult to get track position back at New Hampshire.

“I really like Dover. It’s fast, but you can race hard and pass cars. The key is having the car work 30-40 laps into a run. We’ve made a lot of progress with our Dodge Avenger since the last time we were there. The key is getting the car stable during practice on Friday so that’s not an issue during Saturday’s practice session.

“We’ve had success at Dover in the past. We’re ready for ‘The Monster Mile’.”
