Ragan on racing at Daytona International Speedway:
“I think we are ready for Daytona. I have mentally and physically prepared myself for this race. I have a great crew and a great crew chief behind me for support. I have spent a lot of time in the shop with the team making sure I know everything there is to know about my car, picking Jimmy’s brain and talking with my teammates about what to expect this weekend. I know I have a lot to learn, but my goal is to learn quickly and improve each and every weekend. This is one of the biggest races of the season if not the biggest and I want to finish every lap and improve every lap. I know I have the resources to get the job done so I am going to take advantage of that and do the very best I can.”

Crew Chief Jimmy Fennig on racing at Daytona International Speedway:
“David is scheduled to run the ARCA and the Busch race before he gets in the Cup car so I think that time on the track is going to be important. We have a good crew of guys and a good car. David ran really well here during the test too, so I think we have a shot at a decent finish. David has a lot of growing to do as a rookie driver, but he also has a lot of talent and the discipline that is required to succeed in this series.”
