BILL ELLIOTT QUOTES
“Road courses are always fun for me. I won my first race at Riverside a bunch of years ago, so it’s always special for me to go run the road courses. It will be good to be back in one of the red Evernham Dodges. I’m looking forward to working with the team again and hopefully helping them get the No. 19 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge Charger where it needs to be.

“Watkins Glen can be a challenging place to run. If you get a little bit off on those turns, it’s tough to get back on. And, after spotting at the Sonoma race, I think we’re going to see some close, tight racing this weekend. There are lots of folks in the field who don’t have much experience at Watkins Glen, so that’s going to make things interesting. I think you’re really going to have to work to protect your position and your race car all day long.”
