Edwards on racing at Infineon Raceway:
“I am really looking forward to racing at Sonoma this weekend. I had the opportunity to practice out there a couple weeks ago with Boris Said. With the practice and the coaching I received from Boris we should do well. We had a great finish last weekend in Michigan and moved ourselves closer to 10th place in the point standings. Hopefully, with another good run this weekend, we can move a bit closer. I am really proud of the effort my team showed last weekend; they really clicked off some amazing pit stops. If I run well at Sonoma, matched with another strong effort by the team, we should have a great weekend.”
Crew Chief Wally Brown on racing at Infineon Raceway:
“Sonoma this weekend will be a good challenge for the Office Depot team. This will be our first road course car we have built this year. I know Carl received some top-notch coaching a couple weeks ago from Boris Said. With that practice under his belt and a solid racecar, we should have a good finish. The Office Depot team really stepped up last weekend in pits and hopefully will continue with the same speed and accuracy in the coming weeks. We are still looking for our first win of the season, but more importantly, getting ourselves in the top 10.”
