“I’m really looking forward to racing our No. 99 Office Depot Ford Fusion this weekend at Homestead. It would be great to end the 2006 season on a high note. Yes, this year has been a disappointment because we missed the Chase and because we didn’t find Victory Lane, but Wally, Bob and the entire No. 99 team have been awesome through it all. We’ve run faster everywhere this year; we just haven’t been able to produce the finishes to reflect that progress. But if we continue to work hard and make smart decisions, I think 2007 is going to be a blast. My goal is to make Miami a springboard for that kind of success.”
