McMurray on racing at Daytona International Speedway:
"I am looking forward to getting this season started with my new team and new sponsors. We have tested a few times since the New Year, and I feel like [crew chief] Jimmy [Fennig], the team, and I are communicating and working well together. Historically, my finishes haven’t been great at Daytona with the exception of last July, when I finished second, but this is a new car, a new team and a new year and I think we have a good shot at running well.”
Crew Chief Jimmy Fennig on racing at Daytona International Speedway:
“We’re definitely ready to get going. We’ve had a few good tests and I’m pleased with what we’ve seen so far. We were fairly fast at the Daytona test and plan to run car number 55 in the Daytona 500, which finished second here last year.”
