NASCAR great Geoff Bodine (right), pictured here with 2002 Olympic bronze medalist Brian Shimer, attended a press conference and meet-and-greet event on Saturday (Dec. 16) at the Olympic Sports Complex in Lake Placid, N.Y. to promote the annual Geoff Bodine Bobsled Challenge. This year’s event will take place Jan. 4-6 on the same track that saw the best bobsledders in the world compete over the weekend.

Bodine will be one of the participating race car drivers who will tackle the final 17 curves of this demanding track.
