Matt Kenseth on racing at Infineon:
“Our road course program has improved over the last couple of years. We have made it a point to go to places like Road Atlanta and VIR to get in some practice on road courses and I think it has helped. Also, not coming from that kind of racing background, getting a few races under our belts has helped, as well. We feel confident coming off of our fourth-place finish last week at Michigan.”
Crew Chief Robbie Reiser on racing at Infineon:
“We’ve qualified really well in Sonoma the last few years – our finishes haven’t been great but they have improved the last couple of times we raced out there. We went to VIR last week to shake the car down, check the brakes, things like that, so hopefully we’ll have a competitive car come Sunday.”
