Jeff Burton on racing at Talladega Superspeedway:
“We had a great 10 days in Daytona and we definitely had a top-five car going into the 500. Unfortunately a mechanical failure ended our day early but the car itself was good which is encouraging overall. We've made improvements in our restrictor plate program and we are continuing that improvement with each race. We are taking the same car we had at Daytona and we're hoping to advance our program even more. Last year we had two rough races at Talladega so this year we're hoping to change that and finish up front."
Crew Chief Bob Osborne on racing at Talladega Superspeedway:
“We're real happy with the racecar heading into Talladega. It probably won't be a great qualifying car but it should be a good racecar.
"I’m real happy with the team including the guys at the shop, at the track and our over-the-wall group. Our pit stops have been good week in and week out despite our adversity and that's outstanding. They are all very hard workers and they continue to stay focused and that's what we need to win races."
