No. 40 TEAM FACTS:

· Chassis: Sterling Marlin and the Coors Light team are taking a brand new chassis to race at the Golden Corral 500. Chassis #401 was used for the first time when the team tested at Atlanta Motor Speedway earlier this month.

· March Qualifying at Atlanta: In 19 starts at Atlanta in March, Marlin’s highest qualifying effort was fourth in 1991.

· Atlanta Motor Speedway: Marlin’s highest finish in the spring race at Atlanta was fifth in 1989. He has had four top-10 finishes at Atlanta in March.

· Marlin Notes: Marlin gained two more spots in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup championship points standings, he currently sits 18th.

· Testing: Marlin and the Coors Light crew will be testing at Bristol Motor Speedway next Tuesday.
