"Richmond hasn't been my best track statistically, but I like the
layout there. I thought we made some great strides at running a better
race there this past spring and I think Jimmy (Fennig) and I will come
up with a great plan this time around as well."
Crew Chief Jimmy Fennig on racing at Richmond:
"Richmond has never been one of Kurt's favorite tracks, but since
we had a good run there in the spring I think that helped. He got a
top-10 finish in May, so we decided to bring the same car back. We also
ran this car at Loudon in July at finished 11th with it. I think
Kurt's finishes will continue to improve at Richmond, especially as
his qualifying there improves. Starting up front makes a big
difference."
