Jeff Burton on racing at Dover:
"For a driver Dover is one of the most demanding tracks on the circuit.
Tire wear is really important as well as qualifying well so you don't
go a lap down early. We had a problem last week at New Hampshire so we
are looking to bounce back from that at Dover. We have had competitive
cars over the last few months and that's a good sign. Unfortunately
we just have not had the luck go our way but when it turns, watch out.
Of course hurricane Isabel could bring a whole new set of issues to the
table."
Crew Chief Paul Andrews on racing at Dover:
"Dover is a fast track that is one of the more demanding tracks on
the drivers. We think we have a strong car for this weekend. We've
been very competitive as of late and our qualifying efforts have
improved which are all signs of good things to come. Right now we have
luck, it's just bad, but eventually that will change. All we can do
is prepare the best that we know how and wait out this hurricane to see
what will happen."
