Wallace Pulls off Bristol Sweep
Rusty Wallace brought out the broom on Saturday night, sweeping both races at Bristol this season. Wallace beat Tony Stewart to the checkered flag by .501 seconds to become the first four-time winner of 2000. Wallace won for the ninth time at Bristol and for the 53rd time in his career. Wallace led a total of 279 of the event's 500 laps and won from the pole position.

    Another Pole for Wallace
    Rusty Wallace will lead the field to the green flag for the Goracing.com 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday night. Wallace claimed his eighth pole position of the 2000 season and his fifth in the last eight races at BMS. Wallace edged Jeff Gordon by .001 seconds for the top spot. Gordon will start from the outside pole, Steve Park and Mike Skinner start third and fourth respectively.
