1. Advantages/Disadvantages of single car team? Advantages: There is more focus toward one team, two teams sometimes split up the crew. Disadvantages: There is less information. 2. How do you balance a full-time BGN career with a normal life? Being single makes it easier. I really don’t mind all the traveling and time it takes up. 3. How does racing co-exist with personal relationships? It doesn’t really interfere. 4. What is the most important thing in a relationship for you? Having fun and not arguing. 5. What are your hobbies outside racing? Boating, hanging out with friends, golfing. I have a Make-A-Wish charity golf tournament every year. 6. When did you decide to start racing? When I was 12. I started out racing go-karts. 7. Is it weird to have fans? It was at first, but now it is pretty cool. 8. What is the oddest thing a fan did to grab your attention? A girl brought me flowers once to give back to her. 9. Do you have any Pre Race rituals? No - Not really. Although I once thought of getting voodoo dolls of all the other drivers to try to help get rid of our bad luck. 10. Do you have any Good Luck Charms / Superstitions? Not really, but will take any suggestions. 11. What were your goals at the beginning of the season, any changes now? To consistently be in the top 10. We are still working toward the same goal. 12. Where will you be next year? In the Busch Series. 13. What preparations are you doing for the Next Race? I work out at least 2 or 3 times each week to try to stay in shape. I also try to prepare myself mentally before a race as well. 14. What type of Music do you enjoy the most? Mostly rock – but I like all types. 15. What is a typical day for you (off track)? I usually go to the race shop, go work out, and eat out at night. 16. What is a typical day for you (on track)? Get up early, go to the track, practice, qualify, and race. 17. Most memorable moment this season? Qualifying and finishing in the top 10 at Charlotte with Goldberg. (May) 18. Moment you wish you could forget this season is? Crashing on the second lap at California after qualifying 10th. 19. Is there anything you’d change? Just to be more consistent on a weekly basis. 20. Advice to any "want to be" racers?
