Green not Singing the Blues at Memphis
For the first-ever Busch Grand National event ran at Memphis Motorsports Park, Jeff Green had a blast. Green started from the pole for the Sam's Town 250 and held off Dale Earnhardt Jr. by .675 seconds to take the win. The win is the third of the season for Green, who now trails Earhnardt by 210 points in the BGN point standings. Matt Kenseth, who struggled with mechanical problems, finished 21st and now sits 156 points behind Earnhardt in the chase for the championship.

    Green on Memphis Pole
    Jeff Green will start from the pole position for the Sam's Town 250 at Memphis. The top starting spot is the fourth of the season for Green, who sits in third position in the Busch Grand National points chase. Green turned a qualifying lap of 22.630 seconds, at an average speed of 119.311 mph. Adam Petty will join Green on the front row, while Green's teammate Jason Keller will start third and Casy Atwood starts fourth.
