Moss Supply: Charlotte, North Carolina based Moss Supply joins Larry Hedrick Motorsports as an associate sponsor on the No. 41 AFG Industries Chevrolet for the Food City 250 NASCAR Busch Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

The family-owned business, established in 1954, currently has more than 200 employees. The company has grown to become one of the Southeast's leading manufacturers of vinyl new construction and replacement windows, as well as a line of aluminum building products.

Raising Awareness: Employees of AFG Industries, Inc. in Church Hill, Tennessee will enjoy a visit from David Green, driver of the No. 41 AFG Industries/Larry Hedrick Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo in the NASCAR Busch Series. Green will be at AFG's Greenland Plant on August 25 to tour the facility, sign autographs for employees, and promote organ and tissue donation. Green will be the witness on employee donor cards should they decide to become an organ and tissue donor.

AFG employees aren't the only people who get to have a NASCAR driver be the witness on their donor card. While in the Tri-Cities area for the Food City 250 Busch Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway, Green will also be participating in the Food City Family Race Night on Thursday, August 26. The 1994 Busch Series Champion will be at the Tennessee Donor Services booth during the event signing donor cards for fans.

"I am glad that I have the opportunity to help with such a great cause," says Green. "There is a great need for donors. I hope I can make a difference."

Home Sweet Home: The Food City 250 NASCAR Busch Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway hits close to home for the No. 41 Larry Hedrick Motorsports team. AFG Industries Inc., one of the leading glass manufacturers in the United States and sponsor of the Busch Series car, has its corporate headquarters located in Kingsport, Tennessee, just down the road from Bristol Motor Speedway.

AFG Industries has another local tie-in. Nearly all of the glass installed in the Eastman Chemical Building near Kingsport, Tennessee was manufactured by AFG Industries.

Fond Memories: When asked about his fondest memory of Bristol Motor Speedway, David Green, driver of the No. 41 AFG Industries/Larry Hedrick Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo in the NASCAR Busch Series, recalls two. One is his win at the 0.533-mile track in 1994, but the one that sticks out most for Green is from 1995. While driving for Bobby Labonte Racing in the Busch Series, Green had his first chance to drive a NASCAR Winston Cup car. Bobby Labonte , suffering from a shoulder injury, called upon Green to qualify his car in the Winston Cup Series race.

"You always remember a win," said Green. "That will stay with me forever, but in 1995, I won the pole for the Busch race and then Bobby asked me to qualify his Cup car. I went out and first time driving a Cup car. I'll never forget that."

Green has enjoyed much success at Bristol. In 12 Busch Series starts, Green has started in the top 10 eight times and has seven top 10 finishes.

"I like racing at Bristol," said Green. "It has been good to me. The atmosphere is great with all the seats and people. If you don't enjoy racing at Bristol, than you just don't enjoy racing." David Green's 1999 NASCAR Busch Series Results
