Ragan on racing in the Nationwide Series at Bristol Motor Speedway:
“We left a lot on the table at Atlanta. I am anxious to get back in the Discount Tire Ford Fusion this weekend at Bristol. I am confident in my ability to run up front. We had a top-10 finish the last time we ran there, so I know we can win this race if everything falls in place the way it should. The new track surface allows you to move around the race track easier than in years past. That means a lot of aggressive racing and some guys will take chances early in the race. The Discount Tire team cannot hold anything back this weekend. I can assure you I will be up on the wheel early. If we have good pit stops and manage our track position, I don’t see any reason not to bring home a good finish.”

Crew Chief Mike Kelley on racing at Bristol Motor Speedway:
“We must take care of our car at Bristol. The track is very fast and can be intimidating to many. David ran well here in two starts last year, so I am very confident he can get it done this weekend. We are bringing the same car from last year. Our setups at Bristol have been very accurate and our results have been par for the course. I think we need to get on and off pit road cleanly and eliminate any mental mistakes. Bristol is all about survival. If we can be there at the end of the race, we have a shot at a top-five run.”
