(Nashville, Tenn.) September 15, 2008 – Baker Curb Racing announced today that Jason Keller, a 17-year Nationwide Series veteran, will be piloting the No. 27 Kleenex Ford Fusion for the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series season. Keller also will finish out the 2008 season for the team.

"I am very thankfully that Gary Baker and Mike Curb have given me this opportunity," said Keller. "It is also a wonderful opportunity to represent such a first-class company like Kimberly-Clark and their family of brands. Baker Curb Racing has some great guys working on their cars, and I am excited about working with them in 2008 as we build the program for a strong 2009 season."

Keller, the Greenville, S.C. native, brings 450 starts, 10 wins and 11 poles to the Baker Curb team.

“I was in attendance at O’Reilly Raceway Park when Jason notched his first victory in the Nationwide Series,” said Mike Curb, team owner. “Watching his consistency through the years, Jason brings a combination of talent and experience that takes our team to the next level.”

Baker Curb Racing, based out of Nashville, joined together Gary Baker and Mike Curb, both prominent names in the Music City and in NASCAR. Purchasing Brewco Motorsports in late 2007, Curb and Baker moved the team to Nashville to give the city its own hometown race team.

“What Jason brings to the Baker Curb team is a veteran with success,” said Gary Baker, team owner. “He has a solid reputation and is respected on and off the track. He is one of the most successful drivers in the Nationwide Series and having him behind the wheel of the No. 27 Kleenex Ford Fusion will help strengthen our team and push us in the development of our cars and technology.”

With his move to Baker Curb Racing, Keller, a 17-year veteran of the Nationwide Series, joins Kimberly-Clark, the longest-standing, continuous primary sponsor in the series. For Keller’s first start with the No. 27 team at Dover International Speedway, he will be representing Kimberly-Clark’s Depend brand and supporting prostate health awareness. The Depend brand has teamed with ZERO – The Project to End Prostate Cancer, to offer race fans free prostate cancer screenings in the FanZone during the Dover race weekend.

“Kimberly-Clark and Jason Keller are two veterans of the NASCAR Nationwide Series,” said George Rossi, Associate Director Customer Marketing for Kimberly-Clark. “We’re thrilled to have Jason join our team especially this weekend as the Depend brand brings prostate cancer awareness to NASCAR fans during the Dover race weekend.”
