Las Vegas -- MC2 (pronounced MC Squared) Energy Drink Racing President and CEO Ronald Serota announced today that it will field a NASCAR Nationwide Series entry at seven events in the 2008 season. Earlier today the Company signed NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie Driver Garrett Liberty to a contract to drive the MC2 Energy Drink Racing Dodge with MC2 Energy Drink as the Primary Sponsor.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to drive for MC2 Energy Drink Racing and Ron Serota,” said Liberty. “He is dedicated to doing what it takes to run up front, and to helping our sponsors increase the value of their brands through an association with the team” says Garrett Liberty.

Ronald Serota stated, “We are pleased to be able to give the team time to gel this season by running Garrett in these seven events. We will run a fulltime NASCAR Nationwide Series program in 2009 with two entries, and we have a variety of outstanding primary and associate sponsorship opportunities available. Our sports marketing arm is ready to assist our sponsors in obtaining positive bottom line results through the use of the MC2 Energy Drink Racing entries.”

In 2008, MC2 Energy Drink Racing is running a Dodge Charger. In 2009, MC2 Energy Drink Racing intends to run two entries with the Car of Tomorrow at the races dictated by NASCAR.

“We will be ready and our drivers will be ready when Daytona rolls around next February” stated Serota.

MC2 Energy Drink Racing has engaged NOVUS Enterprises to handle PR, and to assist in sponsor acquisition, retention, and utilization.
