Holy Guacamole! Hamlin and Busch Partner with Hass Avocados

MOORESVILLE, N.C.(January 18, 2008) – Braun Racing is pleased to announce the return of Hass Avocados from Mexico to its 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Series sponsor lineup, along with the addition of two all-stars from the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series – Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch.

Hamlin and Busch are on loan from Joe Gibbs Racing, with the duo partnering for a total of nine Nationwide Series races with Braun Racing. The two drivers will share the seat of the No. 32 Toyota Camry, with Hamlin running seven races and Busch driving in two events.

After two successful seasons sponsoring Braun Racing that included a trip to victory lane at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in October 2006, Hass Avocados from Mexico is looking forward to the 2008 Nationwide Series season.

Hamlin will kick off the year at Daytona International Speedway in the Hass Avocados from Mexico Camry. He will also pilot the car at Talladega Superspeedway in April, New Hampshire Motor Speedway in June, Chicagoland Speedway in July, Dover International Speedway in September, Texas Motor Speedway in November and the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Busch will jump aboard the No. 32 Hass Avocados from Mexico Camry at Bristol Motor Speedway in March and Richmond International Raceway in May.

"The NASCAR sponsorship has been a real winning program for us,” notes the marketing director of Hass Avocados from Mexico. “The relationship with Braun Racing has been a great match, and we are extremely excited to have two of today’s most talented young drivers racing the HassCar in 2008."
