“The guys prepared a great piece for the race at Kentucky last weekend. For us to be able to go out there and qualify second in just our second start together, it really got the team fired up. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

“This will be my first trip up to the Milwaukee Mile in the Busch Series. It’s a tough, old race track with a lot of history. But we’re excited to run up there. The guys have been busy working on the Dodge Charger and I’m sure we’ll have another strong piece this weekend. We will also have Dodge Dealers on board this weekend and we’re shooting to give them a good show and a finish that they’ll be proud of.”

QUICK FACTS:

Last week Miller qualified on the outside pole at Kentucky. He narrowly missed the pole position in just his second career start in the Busch Series.

This race will mark Miller’s third race in an Evernham Motorsports Dodge in the Busch Series this season.

This also marks Miller’s third career Busch Series start. He finished 18th at Kentucky last weekend.

Miller has run 13 career truck races over the past two seasons with his best finish of 10th coming at Martinsville in 2006.

The No. 9 team currently sits eighth in NASCAR Busch Series Owners Points.
