    KEVIN HARVICK QUOTES:
Does it mean a lot to you to have you name up on the career list with Jack Ingram?
“To be next to those guys in the record books, to be tied with Jack Ingram and behind Mark Martin, it’s something that’s really special for me. You don’t get to race with those guys, so all you have is the history. I get to do what I like to do and get paid to do it. When you go back to when the Busch Series started in 1982 -- you had Sam Ard and Jack Ingram and all the that paved the way for all of us. And I just don’t know that a lot of the younger guys understand that they wouldn’t ever be here (without) those guys who worked during the week and raced on the weekends because that’s what they liked to do.”

When do you start looking for different racing grooves at Michigan?
“When I start losing ground on the bottom of the race track, I immediately move to the middle groove. If I am still losing ground, I continue to move up the track. I try and find the groove that I can carry the most momentum into and off the corners.”
