Sam’s Town 300
This weekend marks the first time Hefty® Brand has adorned the hood of the No. 0 Chevrolet at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Eric McClure will be making his 18th career NASCAR Busch Series start this weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway
The Virginia native has two previous starts at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Once was in a Nextel Cup car where he started 41st and finished 32nd. The other was in a Busch car where he started and finished the event in the 30th position.
Preparation
Eric McClure and Johnny Davis Motorsports participated in a two-day test at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in preparation for this weekend’s Sam’s Town 300. Not only was McClure testing his No. 0 Hefty® Chevrolet, he was also familiarizing himself with the newly resurfaced 1.5 mile speedway.
Baby Watch
Eric and Miranda McClure became proud parents on Monday, March 5 at 3:40pm when Mabreigh Elizabeth McClure entered into the world. Mabreigh weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz and was 19 inches long. Both mother and baby are doing fine.
