BRAD COLEMAN, No. 18 CARINO’S ITALIAN GRILL CHEVROLET: COMMENT ON THAT LAST RESTART AND RACING SIDE-BY-SIDE WITH STEPHEN LEICHT. “Well, man, the car was hooked up. We had a great restart and jumped like three cars ahead. If we were on the outside no one could pass us. Scott Wimmer got below us and we held him off. And then I hear that Stephen had been running the topside but I was faster on the bottom so I was in a little conflict there. He got by me, simple as that, and he just pulled away.” IS THE FUTURE FOR BRAD COLEMAN IN THE NASCAR BUSCH SERIES? “Without a doubt. This racing is so much fun. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had racing cars. That right there was so fun. Yeah, it’s a heartbreaker but it was the most fun I’ve ever had. We’ll get ‘em.” DID YOU NEED THE RACE TO PLAY OUT DIFFERNTLY FOR YOU TO HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO WIN? “Two restarts before the last was what I needed for it to go green from then on. Our car was fantastic. It was by far the best car after about 20 laps and we had about a 15-lap run there at the end and we couldn’t do anything with him [smiles]. We started to even out there and then we would have started catching him but we couldn’t do it.” WHEN YOUR TIRES COOLED OFF DID THE CAR GET TIGHT OR LOOSE? “It was a little loose. The car had been great all night and got a little loose and we adjusted on it. To run top-10 easily all night and top-five pretty easy, I mean, that’s fantastic.” HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO NOT BE DISAPPOINTED TO COME SO CLOSE TO WINNING THE RACE? “Oh I am disappointed. I’m happy because it’s my first top-five. I’m happy because one of my best friends won the race but I’m said because one of my best friends won the race and he’s going to make fun of me forever.”

MARCOS AMBROSE, No. 59 KINGSFORD FORD: “Not bad. I mean we’re disappointed with the end result. We ran top-five or six all night but a couple of things happened to us at the end there which held us back but a really strong day for our team. It’s great for us because we’ve got both cars really running well now. I’m really proud of Tad Geschickter and all the Wood Brothers cars.” YOU RAN WELL IN TWO OF THE LAST THREE RACES. “We’ve qualified top-10 in four out of the last five weeks so that’s a step in the right direction.”

DAVID RAGAN, No. 6 DISCOUNT TIRE FORD: “It says a lot for our team. Our car was really, gosh, from one extreme to another, really loose to really tight. We’re just constantly trying to learn stuff and get better and we thought that Nashville and Kentucky would be two good weeks while the Cup guys weren’t here to try to learn something. It says a lot for our team to be that far off and still finish in the top-10. We certainly could have put ourselves in position to get a top-five or maybe even a win. It’s great for Stephen Leicht, a fellow Ford driver, to get a win. I wish we were there but it’s coming soon.” DOES HAVING LAPS HERE AT KENTUCKY HELP YOU? “Oh yeah, and a top-10, we’re not complaining. Any time we can finish in the top-10 is a great run. Pick up some more points. We’re a rookie team, a Raybestos Rookie driver, and we’re trying to do the best we can with what we’ve got. Carl Edwards is the flagship team out of Roush and we understand that so we don’t expect to win every single weekend but we do expect to run in the top-five and
