Meijer 300 - Greg Biffle Notes

Biffle Looks for Kentucky Victory in Brewco Cub Cadet Ford
Meijer 300 Preview

Car: No. 37 Cub Cadet Ford Fusion
Event: Meijer 300
Date: June 16, 2007
Track: Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, KY
Time: 8:00 p.m. EST

Notes:

  • Brewco Motorsports enters its 12th season of competition in the NASCAR Busch Series in 2007. Cub Cadet is the primary sponsor on Brewco’s No. 37 Ford Fusion this weekend in Kentucky, with NASCAR veteran Greg Biffle behind the wheel.
  • Biffle has scored three top-ten finishes in Busch Series competition this year in the No. 37 Cub Cadet Ford (seventh – Bristol; sixth - Phoenix; eighth – Darlington).
  • NASCAR driver Casey Atwood will fill-in in the Cub Cadet Ford when Biffle’s Nextel Cup obligations at Michigan International Speedway conflict with the Kentucky Busch Series schedule.

    Greg Biffle’s NBS Kentucky Record:

  • In five Busch Series starts at Kentucky, Biffle has four top-10 finishes, with an average finish of eighth place.
  • Biffle has a trio of NBS runner-up finishes at Kentucky (2001, 2002, 2004).
  • In 2006, Biffle finished in seventh place in Brewco Motorsports’ No. 66 Ford in the NBS race at Kentucky.

    Quotes from Greg Biffle:
“I love racing here at Kentucky Speedway. I wouldn’t miss this event for anything in the world. Obviously, I’ve had some pretty good runs here, but for one reason or another I haven’t been able to win a Busch Series event. Maybe that’ll change after this weekend and we can put Brewco Motorsports and Cub Cadet in Victory Lane.”
