Leffler impressive on short tracks in 2007 - Leffler has been extremely successful on tracks one mile and under this season- in the last seven races at tracks that size dating back to the first Dover race, Leffler has finished no worse than 12th with four top-five finishes, including one win at ORP. In those six races, he has started within the top-five on three occasions, including one pole at Bristol.
Dover site of Leffler’s first NASCAR victory - Leffler’s first career NASCAR win occurred in the 2003 NCTS race at Dover, when he took the checkered flag after starting 10th and leading 57 laps.
Busch Series highlights at Dover - In eight Busch Series starts at Dover International Speedway, Leffler has three top-five and four top-10 finishes. His best Dover performance came in 2005 (spring), when he posted a 3rd place finish after starting 12th.
EQUIPMENT INFORMATION:
The Great Clips team will unload chassis # 23 in this weekend’s Roadloans.com 200. Leffler has finished no worse than 11th driving chassis #23 this season –finishing second at Bristol, fourth and third at Nashville, sixth at Darlington and 11th at Dover (spring).
