“I’m excited for the Busch race at California this weekend. We’re taking the same car that won the pole and got a top five at Michigan two weeks ago. Since Michigan and California are so similar we figured that car would be the best choice. We’re still looking for that first win of the season. We finished fifth in the spring race at California so hopefully we can improve on that.
“We’ve also got Petco on the hood of our car for a 3M promotion which is very cool because of my charitable work with animals. My dogs are big Petco fans and love to go there for toys and treats.”
Eddie Pardue on racing at California:
“I anticipate a good run with Greg at California this weekend. This car won the pole and ran in the top five the entire race at Michigan a few weeks ago, so I expect to be a contender for the win. California is a great track and Greg always runs well there. We’d like to add to Greg’s three Busch wins there this weekend.”
