JASON LEFFLER, No. 38 Great Clips Toyota, Braun Racing:

On the contact that took him out of the race: "The 25 of Kenny Wallace slipped up to the right rear. We came from the back of the pack with new tires, it was a shame. I don't know why. It was a heck of a hit; I thought it was going to hurt a lot harder than it did. That's racing.

"I watched the replay. We had just got tires. I'm sure it was an accident. I don't know if he was trying to tuck in behind me and get drafted. We had a great Toyota we just pitted off sequence there and came from the back - it would have turned out alright for us. It's a shame. Second - we had a DNF last week when we got caught up in a wreck."

DAVID REUTIMANN, No. 99 Aaron's Dream Machine, Michael Waltrip Racing

On his race: "We just couldn't get it good all night. At one point, we got it really fast, but we went from real loose to real tight. We were decent there for a while and started moving forward, but we could never improve on it. The guys did a great job in the pits and the motor ran great. It was okay, but nothing too great."
