2006 NASCAR Busch Series Underway: Ashton Gray Racing (AGR) with driver Jason White will make their second NBS start of the 2006 season this weekend at the Milwaukee Mile. Earlier this month, the team made their series debut at Nashville Superspeedway.

No Pressure: Unlike Nashville, the AGR team won’t have to hold their breath in qualifying to earn a berth into the AT&T 250. Earlier this week, NASCAR released the official entry list with only 39 cars entered four under the standard 43 car starting field which automatically guarantees White his third career start at Milwaukee.

On Nashville: “Obviously we would have liked to produce a better finish than what we did, but we battled brake issues. I’m proud of our accomplishments at Nashville. Everything went smoothly. We qualified for the race and ran very competitive during the Federated Auto Parts 300 before the mechanical problem. We have corrected the issue and we’re looking forward to a top-ten finish this weekend.”

The AT&T 250 (250 laps/250 miles) is the 17th of 35 events on the 2006 NASCAR Busch Series schedule. This weekend’s race consists of a one-day show. Practice begins Saturday, June 24th at 11:00am with a final practice to follow at 1:00pm. Busch pole qualifying is set for 6:00pm live on SPEED. FX will air the event live beginning at 8:30PM EST, with MRN handling the airwaves also starting at 8:15 PM EST. The race will also be available via XM radio channel 144 also launching at 8:15pm. EST.
