“This will be my first time racing on a road course and I’m looking forward to it. Road course races are challenging and take a lot of patience but I think the World Financial Group Ford Fusion will run well there. We are bringing a brand new car with us and I am looking forward to turning it both left and right this weekend.”

“When we’re racing at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, like when we’re racing on all road courses, keeping the car on the racetrack and being easy on the equipment is the key to running good. The road course car needs to be set-up to turn both left and right and It also needs to have big brakes because of the need to stop multiple times around the track.”

In preparation for the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, O’Quinn Jr. has tested at the Virginia International Raceway twice, one of those times with road-course racing great Boris Said.
With a victory at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, O’Quinn Jr. would become the first Roush driver to win a road course race in the NASCAR Busch series. Greg Biffle won at Watkins Glen in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2000, while Mark Martin has won multiple Cup races at the Glen and Infineon, but none have won in the NASCAR Busch series.
O’Quinn Jr.’s favorite food is Mexican, so he is looking forward to eating authentic Mexican food when he goes to Mexico for the first time for The TelCel Motorola Mexico 200.
