The Johnny Davis Motorsports, RACEGIRL team heads for the final race of 2006 at Homestead full of optimism. Kertus Davis qualified a very respectable 32nd at Phoenix and was running competitively until a transmission failure forced the young driver to park the #0 Chevy.

Homestead will see the Davis team make a major announcement regarding the 2007 season. A new driver and major sponsorship will join the Davis-owned team. This new arrangement will permit Johnny Davis Motorsports to competitively run all 35 BUSCH events in ‘07!

Our current supporters, including RACEGIRL Apparel, will continue to participate.

Kertus Davis will race for his father’s team one last time at Homestead before joining Kevin Harvick, Inc. for the 2007 campaign. Everyone at Johnny Davis Motorsports wishes Kertus well, knowing that he will make a great contribution at KHI.
