O’Quinn on racing at California Speedway:
“Fontana is a lot like Michigan speedway. I ran one of my first ARCA races at Michigan Speedway last year and ran really well there, it’s a track I really enjoyed. From what I’ve seen and talked to everybody, that’s (Michigan Speedway) probably the closest thing to compare Fontana to. I’m really looking forward to going there and I think it will be a good race for us.”
“Our goals are still to qualify in the show and hopefully come out of there with a top-10 or top-15 finish. The Roush Fords normally run well there so I think that we have a really good race car and we’re really excited after Daytona.”
Crew Chief Drew Blickensderfer on racing at California Speedway:
“Fontana is a big, wide, fast track. You need good down force and a lot of horsepower to be successful. Danny has raced at Michigan in an ARCA car, and it is very similar to California.”
“We are bringing the car we tested at Vegas to California. We have a feel for that car since we tested it so we feel comfortable it will perform well in California.”
