    Stacy Compton Quotes

On New Hampshire: “I’ve got two Top-10 finishes at New Hampshire in three races, and the one thing I’ve figured out is that it’s a track where a driver really has to find a rhythm. Although it’s a one-mile track, you really need to bring a short track mentality because it’s flat and the car tends to slide a lot through the turns.”

On the season: “Until we get in the Top-10 and start contending for wins, nobody on this race team will be satisfied. You build on all the little things each week that go right, but at some point you need to put all those pieces together and win a race. This race team is at that point. As a group it’s up to us to use everything we know, everything we’ve learned and put it together for a win.”

    Crew Chief Chris Rice Quote

On New Hampshire: “The strange thing about New Hampshire it telling your driver to slow down. You have to keep the car under you in the turns so it’s pointed in the right direction when you come off the second and fourth turns. You want to avoid wheel spin that comes with overdriving the car because it slows you down. When the wheels are spinning, the car’s not going forward.”
