HUNGRY DRIVERS™ RACING NOTES & QUOTES:

Last Race
Rookie, Paul Wolfe, drove the No. 6 Lipton® Dodge Charger to a 10th place finish last weekend at Nashville Superspeedway. The 10th place finish was the second highest finish of the season for Hungry Drivers™ team and a career best Busch Series finish for Wolfe.

Team Owner, Ray Evernham, on Casey Atwood
“The Hungry Drivers program was designed to put different drivers in the seat of the No. 6 Dodge in order to afford them the opportunity to showcase their abilities. Casey Atwood has a past relationship with Evernham Motorsports and we’re excited that he accepted the invitation to pilot our Busch Car at Kentucky.”

Atwood on Partnering with Former Team Owner Ray Evernham
“I’m looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of a Busch car, especially with the guarantee of being in top-notch equipment that is capable of running up front. I’m excited about the opportunity to rejoin Evernham Motorsports, if only for a few races, and to work with Ray and crew chief, Trip Bruce. I am grateful to Ray for this opportunity and look forward to giving the Hungry Drivers™ program and all of its sponsors another strong finish.”

Atwood on Kentucky Speedway
“I’m glad to be making my return in the Busch Series at Kentucky Speedway. It’s a first class facility and always an exciting race under the lights that produces great side-by-side racing. When Evernham Motorsports was getting the Dodge program started a couple of years ago, we tested a lot of cars and motors at Kentucky Speedway. That being said, I have logged a lot of miles on the track and have developed a really good feel for this race track, something that I think will give me an advantage this weekend.”

Equipment
Atwood will compete with chassis No. 10 in this weekend’s Meijer 300 in Nashville. This chassis has not yet been run during the 2005 season, but in 2004, chassis No. 10 was driven to three top-20 finishes at Las Vegas, Texas and Richmond.

Primary Sponsor
Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® will serve as the primary sponsor of the No. 6 Dodge Charger in this weekend’s event.
