    Wallace’s thoughts on Kansas Speedway . . .
“The AutoZone team tested at Kansas last week and I am really looking forward to racing there this weekend because our car is strong on the long runs. It takes the #22 AutoZone Ford about five laps to really come in and get to where I can compete with the leaders. The weather is usually really hot in Kansas this time of year, which makes the track slick, and it really works to my advantage because it puts more emphasis on the driver. Each time that I have raced at Kansas I’ve been able to improve my finish. I finished twelfth last year, so hopefully we can run in the top-five or ten all day and be around to challenge for the win at the end. Right now, we are in a heated battle for fifth place in the driver points standings. Currently we are thirteen points out of fifth and hopefully we will have a strong run this weekend to move us back into the top-five. The two main goals for the #22 AutoZone Racing team for the rest of the season is to win races and finish in the top-five in points.”
