Carl Edwards on racing at Kansas Speedway:
“I absolutely love Kansas Speedway. It’s not far from my hometown and I will have several of my family and friends there. I love the mile and a half speedways. They are just awesome. I won there in the Craftsman Truck Series. This track is exactly what the Charter Communications Team needs. We have six races left and we want to stir up as much as possible and make it count. These last races will be exciting.”
Crew Chief Brad Parrott on racing at Kansas Speedway:
“The Charter Team is coming off another weekend off. The crew had a chance to relax and gear up for Kansas. We’re ready to go back to Kansas and improve by one position from last year with Greg Biffle when we finished second. This year we plan on finishing first with Carl Edwards. Carl is really pumped up about the Kansas Track. It’s very similar to what we ran at Kentucky and Chicago and we had good results at both tracks. We are coming off a great speedway win in Fontana a couple weeks back and we are looking to recover from our disappointing finish in Dover. We are looking to bring home the trophy for Charter this weekend.”
