Carl Edwards on Busch racing at Chicago:
“We have had a very frustrating past couple of weeks. We had fast cars, but have run into some bad luck. I think it’s awesome that we are headed into Chicago, a fast 1.5-mile track, just like I like them. We are also bringing the car we dominated Kentucky with. I feel confident that we will be back in the front. The best way to get back on track is by putting the Charter Ford back into Victory Lane. There is no better place or time than this weekend at Chicagoland. It’s time to step it up!”
Crew Chief Brad Parrott on Busch racing at Chicago:
“The Charter Communications Team is really ready to go Chicago. We have struggled the past five out of six weeks. We are taking chassis 77 that we won with at Kentucky. We led 150 laps at Kentucky with it and Chicago’s a fast 1.5-mile track just like Kentucky. We are looking to rebound from the disappointing luck we have had lately. We need to rebound to get back on top and hammer away at it.”
