Siemens 200 - New Hampshire International Speedway

Kenseth Claims Second Busch Win of 2004
Defending Cup series champion Matt Kenseth won the Busch series event at New Hampshire International Speedway, taking the win in the Siemens 200 on Saturday afternoon. Kenseth held off series regular Tim Fedewa by 1.51 seconds to capture his 16th career Busch series win. Kenseth’s second win of the 2004 season comes in only his seventh series start. Kenseth took the lead on lap 150 and held on to lead the final 50 laps on the way to the victory. The event was slowed by 10 caution periods totaling 49 laps, slowing Kenseth’s average speed to 93.709 mph.

McMurray Puts Wallace's Car on Pole at New Hampshire
Jamie McMurray grabbed a couple of firsts on Friday afternoon at the New Hampshire International Speedway. McMurray, in his first race driving for Rusty Wallace, gave Wallace his first pole position as an owner in the Busch series. McMurray also won a Busch series pole for the first time in his career. Ron Hornaday will join McMurray on the front row, starting from the outside pole, while Jason Leffler and Mike Bliss start from row two.
