Sam’s Town 300 - Raybestos® Rookie Notes

· Kyle Busch was the Raybestos® Rookie of the Race in the Goody's Headache Powder 200 at North Carolina Speedway. Busch scored a seventh place finish, his first of the 2004 season and fourth of his nine-race Busch Series career. He has been Raybestos® Rookie of the Race in each of the two Busch Series events entering the Sam's Town 300 and holds a six-point advantage (26-20) over Paul Menard.

· Busch ranks 12th in Busch Series points, 98 behind point leader Kevin Harvick. He is the only Raybestos® Rookie in the top-25 in series points and the only first-year driver to score a top-10 finish.

· Raybestos® Rookie Billy Parker is scheduled to make his debut at Las Vegas driving for car owner Rusty Wallace. Parker plans to compete on a limited basis during the 2004 season.

· Entering the Las Vegas event, three Busch Series drivers have competed in both Busch Series races this season: Kyle Busch, Paul Menard, and Donnie Neuenberger.
