BIFFLE AT THE TRACK: Biffle has some impressive statistics at Las Vegas Motor Speedway including one win, three top-five and four top-10 finishes in four starts in either the NASCAR Busch Series or Craftsman Truck Series. He has an average starting position of 6.75 and an average finish of 4.25. Biffle has completed all of the laps of competition in races run at Vegas (736) and he has led a total of 141 laps in those races.

POINTS RACE: Biffle and crew dropped from 10th to 22nd in the standings after suffering from mechanical problems in the last event at Rockingham. They are only 53 points out of 10th and just 96 points out of the top-five heading into the Sam’s Town 300.

EXTRA: Biffle is one of only three drivers (Biffle, Kasey Kahne & Johnny Sauter) attempting to run the full Busch Series schedule in 2004.

QUOTING BIFFLE ON LAS VEGAS…

“I feel pretty good about Vegas. We’re taking the Cup car we ran really well with at Darlington last year and we’re taking a new car for the Busch race. We tested with the Cup car prior to the start of the season and it went well. We got a good feel for the new body and the new tire and I believe most of what we learned will also benefit us on the Busch side.

“We had really strong cars for both races in Rockingham but unfortunate situations took us out of contention. Hopefully all of that bad luck is behind us now and we can put together a couple of strong performances in Las Vegas.”
