Kenny Wallace on Darlington Raceway…

“Me and the guys are really excited about going to Darlington. We have something to prove after not making the race at Rockingham. Chris Rice and the Stacker 2 guys have been working really hard to make sure that we will be contending for the win at the end of the race. We will be bringing the same car that was in Rockingham and will show everyone that it can and will be running up front all day. I am really excited about the new soft walls that have been installed in Darlington. NASCAR does a great job making it safer to race. I am a little concerned about getting through the corner because the walls stick out.”

Chris Rice on Darlington Raceway…

“I like Darlington because it is a handling racetrack. You have to be on the wheel all afternoon to have a good day. We are taking car No. 12, which won Pikes Peak last year and is the best car in our fleet. We call No. 12 “The Jewel,” and I feel that we will be as good if not better than we were in Rockingham. I love the soft walls at Richmond but Darlington is going to have to prove that it is good place for them. We use up so much of the racetrack going into and exiting the corners that I am worried that the car will struggle.

Get to Know Jack…

One-year-old Jack Sable suffers from a chromosome disorder that affects many people in the United States. When Stacker 2 heard about Jack and his condition, it took the family under its wing. For every lap that Kenny Wallace and the Stacker 2 team completes this year, NVE, the parent company of Stacker 2, will donate $1 to the Sable family to help pay for Jack’s medical costs. So far this season, Wallace and the Stacker 2 team have earned $710 dollars for the cause.
