Mark Martin on Busch racing at Daytona:
"I'm excited about returning to the Busch Series. We had a great
test at Daytona in the car. There is no doubt that with the aero
package they have that drafting is going to be pretty easy. The cars
are going to make a big hole which will make drafting easier and better.
We've had a lot of success in the Busch Series and hopefully we can
pick up right where we left off in 2000."
Crew Chief Tony Liberati on racing at Daytona:
"Getting the car in the race is a concern of mine just because there
will be so many cars there and we are coming into this with virtually no
points. Once we make the show I feel confident that we have the driver
to get us to the front. Mark has more experience than probably anybody
in that race and it will be obvious once he starts drafting. I'm
looking forward to the race, we just need to get through qualifying."
