Short Track Success... Jason Keller returns to Bristol Motor Speedway for the fall race with one thing on his mind; a trip to victory lane. Keller's season thus far has been one of ups and downs, but this weekend's track brings nothing but good memories for the 34-year old veteran. Keller has one win, three poles, four top-5's and eleven top-10's at BMS. In fact, Keller started on the pole here and took home the checkered flag in 1999, posting the second win of his career. After dominating much of the race, Keller passed Dale Earnhardt, Jr. in the closing laps to post the second win of his career.
Welcome Back Airplus Insoles... Keller's car will carry the familiar colors of Airplus Insoles on the hood of his car for this weekend's Food City 250 at Bristol. Implus, a leading supplier of insole, lace, sock and shoe care products will appear as the primary sponsor on Keller's No. 22 Ford Taurus. Airplus Insoles currently is an associate sponsor on Keller's car and has been the primary sponsor on two previous occasions this year. Miller High Life will return to the hood of Keller's car next weekend at Richmond.
In the Booth...The series veteran will join SPEED Channel hosts Rick Allen, Phil Parsons and guest commentator, Michael Waltrip in the booth on Wednesday night at Bristol Motor Speedway to help call the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series O'Reilly 200. Keller will be keeping an eye on teammate, Terry Cook, who will be on track in his No. 10 Power Stroke Diesel Ford, looking to bring home his sixth top-10 finish of the season.
The Car... The Miller High Life crew will be bringing car No. 57-18 to the track this weekend. This is the same car that Keller drove to an eighth place here in the spring race; this car has not been driven since that race on March 27th.
