Greg Biffle on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway:
"It's really hard to think about racing after what happened last weekend. I'd become very good friends over the years with many of those involved and I'm just heartbroken. I really don't know what to say or do. I'm deeply saddened and I have an empty feeling inside of me, as does the entire NASCAR family. All of them will be greatly missed. I sympathize with Rick Hendrick, the entire Hendrick organization and the families and friends of those whose lives were taken. My thoughts and prayers are with all of them."
Crew Chief Brad Parrott on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway:
"Atlanta is an extremely fast one and a half-mile racetrack and Greg typically runs well on these types of tracks. He had a good run there in his Cup car in March and he won the fall Busch race last year after starting from the pole. We're taking Chassis 80, which is the same car we won both California races with and it's more than capable of getting the job done for the Charter team this weekend.
"Most importantly our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Hendrick organization and the families and friends of those involved in Sunday's tragedy."
Greg Biffle has two poles, one win and three top-five finishes in three Busch Series starts at Atlanta. He won last year's event after starting from the pole position.
Biffle best Cup Series finish at Atlanta came in the spring event of this year (eighth).
